Student and Academic registrations include access to all conference sessions, access to the exhibition, daily catering, handbook and a ticket to the Poster Series and Upcoming Talent Reception.

Student registrations

  • Full time students seeking registration at EN2024 are required to forward a letter of endorsement from Head of Faculty at their relevant institution via email to registration@energynetworks.com.au. 
  • The letter must be on institution letterhead, stating that the student will gain benefit from attending the conference and exhibition. 
  • The letter should also include the name and contact details of the Head of Faculty and student (name and email address minimum) along with the student number. 
  • There will be a charge (see above table) for each student registration. 
  • If registration is approved, the student will be sent an individual registration link, registration must be completed prior to the Conference. 
  • At the commencement of the conference, you will be asked to show your student card for either 2023 or 2024. 
  • Approvals for student registrations will close on Wednesday 21 February 2024. 

ACADEMIC REGISTRATIONS

  • Academics seeking registration at EN2024 are required to forward a letter of endorsement from Head of Faculty at their relevant institution via email to registration@energynetworks.com.au. 
  • The letter must be on institution letterhead, stating that the Academics will gain benefit from attending the conference and exhibition. 
  • There will be a charge (see above table) for each Academics registration. 
  • If registration is approved, the Academics will be sent an individual registration link, registration must be completed prior to the Conference. 
  • At the commencement of the conference, you will be asked to show proof of employment at a registered academic institution at the registration desk. 
  • Approvals for Academics registrations will close on Wednesday 21 February 2024.
