Payment terms
Full payment is required either at the time of registration or no later than thirty days prior to the event.
If payment is by Bank Transfer an invoice will be sent to you on completion of your registration with bank details.
Cancellation terms
ENA reserves the right to levy an administration fee for any registration cancellations. For cancellations received in writing by 5:00pm AEDT 28 days prior to the commencement date of the Event, a full refund will be given less an administration fee of 20% of Registration Fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 28 days prior to the commencement date of the Event.
Should you be unable to attend the event, then a substitute delegate or attendee may be nominated to receive an invitation at no extra charge on the condition that ENA is notified in writing by 5.00pm AEDT 28 days prior to the commencement date of the Event. All registrations are considered active until a cancellation is received in writing. Full payment is required on all active registrations.
